1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Weekends, public holidays, and pet product quality inspection periods are excluded from processing time.

If we encounter unexpected logistical disruptions or inventory adjustments, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of order placement to inform you of the revised processing schedule.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are determined by the weight, dimensions of the pet products, and your shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your payment.

Estimated delivery times (based on business days, excluding order processing time):

Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, regional logistics congestion, severe weather conditions, or holiday-related backlogs. Delivery estimates are for reference only, and we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided during order placement. This email contains a unique tracking number, which you can use to check the real-time status of your package on the carrier’s official platform.

Please note that tracking information may take 24-72 hours to become available after shipment, as it requires time for the carrier’s system to update. If you cannot access your tracking details after 72 hours, please contact us for assistance.

4. Incorrect Address and Return Policy for Address Errors

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address when placing an order. JOSHUATOOMBS is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you will need to pay the full reshipping fee to have the package dispatched again. 

5. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Pet Products

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit (no delivery update for 5 days beyond the estimated delivery date), please contact us within 6 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to conduct an investigation, and upon confirmation of loss, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your pet products arrive damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective items, the original packaging, and the shipping label. Our team will review the materials and resolve the issue promptly with a replacement, refund, or appropriate compensation.

6. Pet Product Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your pet products immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or defects at the time of delivery, please sign for the package with a note indicating the issue and contact us immediately. Failure to inspect the package upon delivery may affect our ability to resolve issues related to damage or missing items.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and other related charges may be imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

JOSHUATOOMBS is not responsible for packages detained, seized, or rejected by customs due to non-compliance with the destination country’s import regulations for pet products. Customers are advised to familiarize themselves with local customs rules before placing an international order.
